The Final Coordination Conference (FCC) of the exercise “Macedonian Flash 11” (MF-11) took place at the Training Center (TC) “Pepelishte” from 31.08 to 04.09.2015.
The conference was led by the Exercise Director and the Syndicate leaders. In accordance with the NATO Exercise Directive 75-3 the participants of the conference prepared the following documents: Dynamic plan of preparation and conducting of the exercise, organizational order with annexes, final draft of the exercise plan and its approval, Module 5 – putting military forces on alert and giving deployment information, Module 6 – finalizing the start of the exercise as well as the Main Events List / Main Incident List.
In order to successfully realize the planned activities of the exercise there were other activities which were defined including logistics support, financial plan, as well as material resources and personnel.
The resolutions brought at the end of the FCC will provide the necessary conditions for having a successful exercise “Macedonian Flash 11” which will take place from 03-09.10.2015 at the TA Krivolak and TC Pepelishte.
