Today, May 16, 2014 in “Chede Filipovich Dame” Barracks in Kicevo exercise ” Fast Lynx 14″ was completed, as well as the assessment of the company for force protection EUBG 2014-2.
In the previous days the staff from the assessed units showed a high level of dedication and professionalism in the implementation of complex tasks and activities, in accordance with the specified list of events and incidents.
The declared unit, according to the Operational Capabilities Concept “AFS Volume VII – CREVAL”, got initial assessment of their readiness by the evaluation team, so the unit was “combat ready”.
At the closing ceremony of the exercises, the Chief of Staff of 1th Mehanizirana Infantry Brigade, Colonel Zoran Mileski congratulated the participants for the professionalism shown during the preparations and conduct of the exercise.
The exercise activities of the unit continue in the next period. From 02-13.06.2014 the declared company 2014-2 EUBG will participate in the exercise “Fast Lion 2014” in St. Hubert, Kingdom of Belgium. There, assessment and certification of Battle Group of the European Union 2014-2 will be performed.
