Today, as part of the traditionally organized activities by the General Staff and the Ministry of Defense before the New Year’s holidays, a reception was held in the Army Hall, for the families of the Army members deployed to international operations.
The Chief of the General Staff, Lieutenant General Vasko Gjurchinovski and the Minister of Defense, Slavjanka Petrovska, in the presence of the families, held a video conference with the Army members who are deployed to the operations in Kosovo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Latvia, Romania, Bulgaria and Lebanon. During the video conference they congratulated the upcoming holidays to the Macedonian peacekeepers with wishes for good health, success and prosperity in the New Year 2024.
At today’s pre-New Year’s reception and social gathering, New Year’s gift-packages were delivered to the children of the Army members deployed in international operations.
