Today, 12th January, the 7th anniversary of the Army helicopter crash, in which eleven members of the (AVNBDE) of the ARM tragically lost their lives, was marked. The commemoration took place at the Memorial at Blace, Katlanovo in front of the Air Force Brigade (AFBDE) Command building.
At the Memorial at Blace, Katlanovo wreaths were laid by the delegations of: the Ministry of Defense, led by minister Zoran Jolevski, the General Staff of the ARM led by Deputy Chief of the GS of the ARM, Lieutenant General Naser Sejdini, the Joint Operations Command (JOC), the AFBDE, the 1st Mechanized Infantry Brigade and by the family members of the killed AFBDE members.
Commemoration for the killed ARM members was also held at the Camp Butmir, Saraevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, where the ALTEA mission participants boarded their last flight.
