At the General Staff of the Army in the period from 6th to 10th May a training is realized in the area of standardization in NATO by a NATO mobile training team from Greece. On this training participated members of the Army and the Defense Ministry from several sectors and areas, which are included in the process of standardization.
The goal of this activity is to promote the standardization system of the defense regarding the NATO standards, which is in accordance with the Plan of Implementation of the Strategic Defense Review.
The standardization training is supported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Greece and represents first activity which is realized within the agreement for defense cooperation between the defense ministries of Republic of north Macedonia and Republic of Greece.
At the end of the training of the first module in the presence of the Director of the General Staff, Major General Zoran Mileski and the defense attaché of Greece, the Brigadier Gergios Kalogianis the participants were handed participation certificates.
After the completion of the first module of this training, it is planned to complete the training by realization of two more consecutive modules during October and November this year.
