The Commander of the Operations Command (OC), Major General Pavle Arsoski, gave annual briefings to the service personnel of the subordinate units on the 6, 10, and 11 of December 2019, as the tradition entails at the end of the year.
In Skopje, Petrovec and Kumanovo, the Commander gave the briefings expressing his satisfaction of the personnel who made an effort and put in a lot of work and energy into their everyday jobs. In addition, he recommended continuation of their good work in order to maintain the excellent records for accomplishing their tasks next year.
He also noted that the transformation of the Army and the subsequent changes in their work in the units has been going on for some time, which might influence the combat readiness of the units, the wellbeing of the personnel, as well as, the training and equipment within the units. Moreover, he said that we have the right to expect full NATO membership next year, which will improve the working conditions, thus, the Army personnel will be ready, as they have always been, to do their tasks and obligations in a way worthy of being army service personnel.
At the end of his briefings, the OC Commander wished a Happy New Year to all service personnel in the Operations Command and their families, wishing them good health, and personal and professional success.
