At the barracks ”Jane Sandanski” in Shtip, during this month’s briefing, the Commander of the 1st Infantry Brigade (1IBde), Brigadier General Sasko Lafchiski was informed by the commanders of the brigade’s subordinate units about the plans and tasks that have been carried out so far, as well as the planned and upcoming tasks. General Lafchiski concluded that the personnel and the subordinate of the 1IBde, by putting their maximum effort into accomplishing the tasks and activities planned for this time period, have achieved the target level, and issued tasks and directions for the activities planned for the period of time to follow.
During this activity of the 1IBde key personnel there was a presentation of the new light armour vehicles (JLTV), which are part of the modernization process of the Army. The presentation was also attended by the newly appointed Chief of Office for Defence Cooperation of the USA Embassy, Lieutenant Colonel Shaun Rufolo.
There was also a tactical and topographic orientation and familiarization with the area of Lesnovo, Probishtip during the briefing.
