Training of the Civil-Military Cooperation Team from the 1st Infantry Brigade

The civil-military cooperation team of the First Infantry Brigade (1^st IBde) received training in the field of civil-military cooperation (CIMIC) from 18 to 20, February, 2025.

The training was conducted by the Civil Affairs Team (CAT) from the 21^st Theater Sustainment Command of the U.S. Army.

During the training, several topics from this field were covered, especially concerning the conduct of NATO operations and the implementation of activities in the area of CIMIC.

During the practical part of the training, participants used NATO manuals NATO CIMIC Handbook and CIMIC TTPs.

The training is part of ongoing activities focused on the CIMIC segment, with the aim of enhancing the expertise of members of the 1^st IBde in this area, as well as improving the execution of such activities in multinational environments in support of peacekeeping operations and international exercise.
