This year, the Reconnaissance and Intelligence Battalion is hosting the 11th Ranger Games in a row, which will take place from 6 to 10 November, at the barracks “Ilinden” in Skopje. Five Army teams and 2 Ministry of Interior teams will take part in the games.
The opening ceremony of the Ranger Games was attended by the Commander of the Operations Command, Brigadier General Besnik Emini, the Chief of Staff of the Operations Command, Brigadier General Mirche Gjorgoski, the Commander of the Reconnaissance and Intelligence Battalion, as well as commanders of units in the Army and heads of sections from Operations Command.
The main goal of the games is to raise the sports and competitive spirit by demonstrating high tactical knowledge and excellent physical fitness.
Ranger Games were successfully held for the first time in 2014 and are traditionally held every year.
