Today, the First Infantry Brigade (1.ibr), i.e. the Tank Battalion and the third battalion (3.ib) of the 1.ibr were visited by a team of representatives of the AF of France and Germany. The visit was in accordance with the provisions of the “Vienna Document 2011”.
During the visit the team was familiarized with the history and the mission of the units, with the organization and the formation, with the main equipment, with the location of the subordinate units, with the training courses, with the activities, with the transformation and the future plans.
After the presentation, the units’ staff representatives answered some questions to the inspection team, after which they visited the technical-tactical display where the weapons and the equipment of the units were presented.
