On 06.02.2014 in the premises of the NBC company was realized NBC meeting of senior officers from the NBC branch. On the meeting also attended retired and active officers and cadets of the “Military Academy” – Skopje – future second Lieutenants NBC branch.
Battalion for Atomic Biological and Chemical Defense of the ARM in 1992 continues its mission inherited from NBC battalion for combat service support to all units of the ARM and support the Ministry of Interior and civilian structures. At the beginning, as a single unit of NBC branch on ARM level – NBC battalion in garrison barracks “Ilinden” in Skopje under the direct command of the General Staff of the ARM. With the restructuring reform of the Army according to NATO standards, in 2002 the company was transformed in the NBC company. According the new transformation of the Army of Republic of Macedonia in April 2012, NBC Coy is under the command of the 1st MIB and in the July 2012 is done setting the elders and soldiers of the NBC Coy under the new structure. In the period from 24.01. to 07.02.2014 NBC Coy realized NBC specialist vocational training of cadets NBC branch to be future officers of the NBC branch in the ARM.
This meeting represents the meeting of three generations, where future officers will be able to gain the necessary experience and opinions about the yield improvement of NBC branch and their professional career development.
