In the period from 9 to 12 December, members of the Artillery Battalion of the 1st Infantry Brigade conducted a stationary field camp and live artillery firing with “BORAN” howitzers at the Army Training Area “Krivolak”.
As part of the camp, on 12 December 2025, the declared unit from the Artillery Battalion carried out programmed live artillery firing with the 105 mm “BORAN” howitzer, achieving excellent results.
The activity aimed at maintaining continuity in training with “BORAN” howitzers, improving the ability of crews to engage a range of battlefield targets quickly and safely, and further developing the skills of squad, platoon, and battery commanders in the command and control of fire combat assets.
The firing was conducted in a safe and orderly manner. Through fast and precise artillery fires, the members of the Artillery Battalion once again demonstrated a high level of readiness, professionalism and technical competence in the employment of the unit’s artillery systems.
