Today, in Vinica, members of the 2nd Infantry Battalion, within the 1st Infantry Brigade, held a tactical-technical display as part of the programme marking the 82nd anniversary of the liberation of Vinica.
At the tactical-technical dispaly, the citizens had the opportunity to become directly acquainted with part of the weapons, military equipment and assets used by the Army, as well as their purpose and use in carrying out regular tasks. The youngest visitors showed particular interest in the displayed equipment and had the opportunity to talk to the members of the Army and learn more about the military profession.
These events represent an important opportunity for direct interaction and for strengthening the bond between the Army and the citizens. They provide a better understanding of the mission, role and everyday activities of the Army, as well as the responsibility, professionalism and dedication of its members in carrying out tasks related to the defence of the country and the security of its citizens.
By participating in the celebration of the 82nd anniversary of the liberation of Vinica, the members of the Army made their contribution to marking an important historical date for the city and to promoting the Army as an institution that is always close to its citizens and in the service of the country.
