ARM delegation led by the Joint Operational Command Chief of Staff, Brigadier General Azim Nuredin, in the period from 30.03 to 02.04.2016 took part in the International Symposium on Air Warfare – ISAW’16, which took place in Istanbul, Turkey.
The Symposium was organized by the Turkish Aviation College, where ideas and different perspectives on aviation and space power were exchanged. The Symposium was attended by senior military authorities, renowned academics and representatives from major aviation industries from more than 50 countries. The activity was carried out in 4 sessions, during which distinguished speakers from different countries spoke, and more than 1,000 participants from over 60 countries were present.
Turkish Aviation College represents the highest level of education and training at the Turkish Air Force. The College aims to provide the future military leaders with leadership skills needed to deal with today’s air warfare to overcome the operational and logistical issues, as well as operational planning for achieving political goals.
