From 11 to 21 May 2026, service personnel of the Military Police Battalion (MPBn) participated in the international military police exercise “Beyond Horizon 26,” which was conducted at the “Novo Selo” training area in Bulgaria. During the exercise, the MPBn personnel demonstrated a high level of professionalism, training, and interoperability through the synchronized application of procedures, tactics, and techniques in carrying out joint activities and military police tasks.
Together with personnel from Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Poland, Romania, Spain, and the United States of America, the MPBn members gained new experience and further enhanced their capabilities for interoperability, coordination, and integration in operating within a multinational environment during high-intensity operations.
The Army’s participation in such international exercises confirms its readiness and commitment to strengthening collective and regional security, as well as to building strong cooperation with allied and partner armed forces.
