With a formal ceremony for the awarding of green berets, certificates, and unit insignia, the Ranger Course for the 2024/2025 year was officially completed today at the “Ilinden” Barracks in Skopje.
The new members of the Reconnaissance and Intelligence Battalion (ReconIBn) went through a series of physical, mental, and intellectual challenges over the past six months, all aimed at earning the status and title of an ReconIBn-Ranger.
The course was conducted under various weather conditions and terrains across the Republic of North Macedonia, and consisted of theoretical and practical lessons followed by periodic testing. Only the most persistent, capable, and motivated endured until the very end.
By receiving the green beret and the unit insignia, the new members of the ReconIBn-Rangers stood in formation alongside their colleagues and officially became part of this elite unit.
