The Army Deputy Chief of General Staff, Major General Azim Nuredin held a protocol meeting with the newly appointed resident Defense Attaché of the Republic of Hungary accredited to the Republic of North Macedonia, Lieutenant Colonel László Nádas.
The meeting also bid farewell to the former defense attaché of the Republic of Hungary, Colonel Szabolcs Háry, with General Nuredin expressing his gratitude and emphasizing his involvement in strengthening the bilateral cooperation between the two Armies.
At the end of the meeting where current bilateral activities were discussed, General Nuredin wished Lieutenant Colonel Nádas success in the performance of his duties and the expectation that the deepening and intensification of the excellent bilateral cooperation will continue.
Bilateral cooperation in the field of defense cooperation, which started in 2002, mostly consists in performing joint activities, cooperation in training as well as in military education.
