Today, 4 May, on the occasion of the 123rd anniversary of the death of Goce Delchev, an Army delegation led by the Director of the Army General Staff, Brigadier General Orce Jordev, laid a wreath of fresh flowers at his final resting place in the Church of St. Spas in Skopje.
With this act, the Army paid profound respect and tribute to the life and work of the ideologist of the Macedonian revolutionary struggle for freedom, whose vision and ideals of justice and equality are enshrined in the foundations of the modern Macedonian state.
His legacy remains firmly embedded in the tradition and values of the Army.
