Today 28th April 2014 in the “Ilinden” barracks in Skopje commemoration ceremony was held on remembrance of the thirteen year from the tragic death of members from the special purposes battalion in the area of village Vejce.
In honor of those killed Robert Petkovski, Boban Trajkovski, Mile Janevski and Igor Kostevski on the memorial monument in front of the special purposes battalion besides the families of the dead, fresh flowers laid delegations from General Staff of the Army , Special Operations Regiment, 1st Mechanized Infantry Brigade, units that are located in barracks, MI and others.
Besides the memorial service held in the barracks ” Ilinden”, a delegation of Special Operations Regiment laid wreaths at monuments and Butel cemetery in Skopje village Bunardgik, Kumanovo, Makedonska Kamenica.
During the day voluntary blood donation was organized and sports games. The primary school in Makedonska Kamenica which carry the named deceased Mile Janevski held commemoration ceremony honoring the work of the tragically deceased members of the unit.
