On 17th February 2015 at the Individual Training Centre the Primary Leader Course (PLC) began. The course is attended by 30 (thirty) professional soldiers from the units of the Army of Republic of Macedonia.
The aim of the PLC is for the attendees – professional soldiers to be trained and qualified for performing the duties in the units as team leaders. By accomplishing the planned training the soldiers gain knowledge of the position and the role of the team leader, as future assistant trainers.
The duties of the attendees of this primary leader course are: to receive training in successful commanding of a team and to learn how to work with the team members, to properly, during the process of training, apply and convey the knowledge gained, to revise the military expertise in weapon handling and handling of military equipment on a team level and to get training in practical application of the method procedures while realizing the training.
