In the period from 10.04.2018 until 31.05.2018 the Primary Course for Leaders 1-18 was completed at the Individual Training Center in the Training and Doctrine Command. The course was attended by professional soldiers, servicemen of the Army of the Republic of Macedonia.
The aim of the course is to train the trainees for the implementation of duties in units as team leaders. During the course, they were successfully trained in proper application of tactics, techniques and procedures at a team level while carrying out combat tasks.
Topics and contents of the course were delivered through oral presentations and discussions, and a special emphasis was placed on practical training, whereby professional soldiers gained knowledge that they would later use in their units.
By completing this course, professional soldiers received a certificate for a completed course and thus fulfill one of the requirements in the future to be candidates for the Basic Course for NCOs. The three best participants were awarded a certificate of appreciation, and the best participant of the course, for a particular effort and achieved results was awarded a coin of achievement given by Sergeant Major of ARM, on the behalf of him it was given to the best participant of the course by Sergeant Major of Training and Doctrine Command.
