In the Training and Doctrine Command of the TA “Krivolak” a ceremony was held on the occasion of the basic military training of the Basic Course for Non-Commissioned Officers (BCNCO) 2-21, fully observing the recommendations and measures for protection against the spread of the virus “COVID-19”, with a total of 69 trainees – professional soldiers from different units of the Army.
During the ceremony, in his address, the Commander of the Training and Doctrine Command, Brigadier General Metodi Hadji Janev, told the trainees to tirelessly and unconditionally engage in the training process because the effort and knowledge gained in these three months will help them to build themselves as highly motivated and physically prepared non commissioned officers of the Army, and this will be crucial in the successful execution of their mission.
During the realization of the course in the period 12.08.2021 to 12.11.2021 continuously and without interruptions through the training process, the trainees will have the opportunity to get acquainted with the leader’s duties and responsibilities, the content of the concept for development of NCOs, will be equipped with methodical procedures of teaching and training with the subordinates and at the same time with leadership as one of the most important tools of the Army’s combat power, without which the successful realization of combat tasks cannot be imagined.
Upon completion of the planned training, the Army will be enriched with newly trained NCOs with developed leadership skills who will successfully carry out their mission at the same level as the NCOs of the armies of NATO member countries.
