A ceremony marking the completion of the Advanced NCO Course (ANCOC) was held at the Individual Training Centre (ITC) within the Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC).
The Commander of TRADOC, Brigadier General Lulzim Nuredini, and the Commander of the ITC, Major Dјunat Vedјioski, addressed the graduates, congratulating the NCOs on successfully completing the course and highlighting their dedication throughout the training.
During the course, the participants had the opportunity to gain knowledge and develop skills to conduct combat tasks at section and platoon level while adhering to standard operating procedures essential for successful accomplishment of a mission. They were also introduced to the training management process and leadership as fundamental elements of the Army’s combat power, while further developing their communication and presentation skills.
The participants demonstrated a high level of proficiency, excellent coordination, and tactical readiness to respond to various challenges during the field training phase. This training represents a key step in the further development of their leadership abilities, coordination skills, and real-time decision-making capabilities.
