Battle Staff Non-commissioned Officers course was held from the 22nd January to the 21st February 2018, in the Individual Training Centre, within the Training and Doctrine Command.
During the training, the participants had the opportunity to learn about the functional duties and responsibilities of the non-commissioned staff officers and the position and the role of NCOs in the process of military decision making. The training was conducted by instructors who successfully transferred their knowledge and experience to the participants. Upon completion of the course, the participants will be able to apply the newly acquired knowledge in headquarters at battalion-brigade level, where they will put their knowledge into practice.
The training was finalized with an exam which tested the knowledge participants acquired during the course.
During the final ceremony, the three best participants were awarded praise, and the best participant on the course was awarded a coin for special advancement and achieved results by the Sergeant Major of the Army. In his absence the coin was given by the Chief NCO of the Center for Individual Training.
