Mission:
Provides communication and information support for command and control on a strategic and command level. The unit with its stationary and mobile part provides safe communication between the commands and the units. In case of natural distastes or other catastrophes it secures the work of the Communication and Information System (CIS).

- Plans and implements;
- Plans and conducts training and exercises;
- Plans and performs personnel management;
- Intelligence, counter-intelligence and safety;
- Logistic support;
- CIS organization and training;
- Financial planning;
- Civilian military cooperation.
