On 24. 12. 2014 at the barracks “Boro Menkov” in Kumanovo there was a practical demonstration for the subject IWSD ( Infantry Weapons Shooting Training) on the topic: “Weapons Handling”. The demonstration was attended by thirty second year students and associates from the Faculty for Detectives and Security at the University FON.
The practical class was organized and conducted by the members of the 1st Mechanized Infantry Battalion, of the 1st Mechanized Infantry Brigade and it began with a presentation about the unit’s mission, area of responsibility, training in the unit (individual and group). There was also a display of the weapons and equipment of the unit.
During a Technical and Technical Demonstration (TTD) the students and the associates from the Faculty for Detectives and Security of the University FON had an opportunity to familiarize themselves with the infantry weapons, artillery weapons and AMU weapons used by the unit.
The practical class that the students at the University FON had attended aroused a great interests and they took part by asking numerous questions.
