The Army of the Republic of Macedonia and the Macedonian Shooting Sport Federation intensified their excellent collaboration with exchange of experiences in the field of shooting skills.
Within the period from 22nd to 26th September, the members of the units of the Joint Operations Command and the representatives of the MSSF, 2014 at the “Ilinden” barracks exchanged experiences in handling and shooting with a semi-automatic rifle 7.9 mm and had training with a SCATT shooter simulator.
The members of the 1st Mechanized Infantry Brigade and the Military Police Battalion had the theoretical part of the training in the “Ilinden” barracks, whereas the practical training and the planned shootings took place at the “Petrovec” shooting range.
The snipers achieved the intended results which is an indicator of their outstanding military training.
All the members of the units were given certificates for their training and shooting results.
Besides this collaborative activity members of the ARM traditionally participate in the international shooting tournament “Grand Prix Skopje” in organization of the MSSF.
