During the period from July 14 to August 1, at the Center for Individual Training of the Training and Doctrine Command in the “Alekso Demnievski-Bauman” barracks – Veles, training for students awarded scholarships by the Ministry of Defense for critical specialties in the Army – module 2 was implemented.
The aim of this type of training for students awarded scholarships by the Ministry of Defense for critical specialties in the Army is to expand and improve basic and military professional knowledge and skills, which will help them develop individual abilities to lead and command a team/unit.
During the three-week training, the students were briefly introduced to some of the topics covered in basic military training. This gave them the opportunity to develop a sense of belonging to the Army and its shared values and ideals, while also creating an environment for personal and professional growth, development and motivation within the military organization.
At the end of the training, both theoretical and practical tests were conducted to assess the acquired knowledge. Through this training process and introduction to military values, the students are expected to be even more motivated to pursue careers within the Army’s units.
