Instructors from Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) conducted the Training Design and Management Course from 9 to 20 February 2026, at TRADOC, at the “Aleksо Demnievski Bauman” barracks in Veles.
The aim of this course is to qualify participants to analyze, design, develop, and manage training within their units through the established systematic approach to training in the Army. Through this course, participants gain knowledge in various areas, including identifying the role and responsibilities of commanders and leaders during training, as well as applying an effective organizational approach to training and practical implementation of standard operation procedures.
The Deputy Commander of the Training and Doctrine Command, Colonel Darko Stojkoski awarded certificates to the participants of the Army at the ceremony marking the successful completion of the course. In his closing speech, he wished them success in their future work, as well as implementation of the newly acquired knowledge in their respective units.
