Today, at Saraj Park, in the presence of the Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Army, Major General Azim Nuredin, a joint demonstration exercise was conducted to respond to wildfires threatening a populated area. The exercise was organized by the Red Cross of the Republic of North Macedonia, the Ministry of Interior, and the local government of the Municipality of Saraj.
Army service personnel from the Military Medical Centre and the Medical Training Department also took part in the exercise, carrying out the evacuation of civilians, providing first aid, and transporting casualties.
The exercise confirmed the readiness, coordination, and interoperability of all participating institutions in responding to crisis situations and protecting citizens.
