Today, October 6, 2015, in the early morning hours the declared Military Police Company successfully conducted a march from the “Ilinden” barracks to the Army Training Area Krivolak and set up a permanent check point at the entrance of the Army Training Area Krivolak, as one of the first combat procedures that began the assessment of this unit, in accordance with the NATO Operational Capabilities Concept.
At the Army Training Area Krivolak “ the Military Police Company will be assessed in resolving various events and incidents that include the following tasks: road blockade, convoy escort, procedures to follow when an explosive device is located, setting up a permanent and a mobile check point, mobile patrol, base security, cordon, search etc.
At the same time, the assessment of the Ranger Company, part of the Special Operations Regiment will be realized by executing the following tasks: reconnaissance patrol, react to ambush, base attack, raid that includes infiltration and exfiltration, road blockade etc. The Ranger Company will realize many tasks, such as: reconnaissance patrol, react to ambush, base attack etc today.
By the end of the day, the rest of the planned activities will be realized in accordance to the list of incidents and events. The assessment will continue tomorrow.
