In the period from 11 to 15 September, members of the Army in coordination with the US Embassy’s Office of Defense Cooperation (ODC), US EUCOM, and the US State Department’s Global Defense Reform Office of General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), participated in the “Cyber Unity 2023” exercise held at the NATO Support and Procurement Agency in Luxembourg (NSPA).
Teams from Albania, Croatia and Montenegro also participated in the exercise with the aim of strengthening regional cooperation, sharing information about cyber threats to critical infrastructure, as well as improving the skills of the participants in the use of cyber defense tools from the so-called “Open source”. The team of Army participants included officers who are part of the Military Computer Security Incident Response Team (MIL CSIRT) within the MoD and the Army.
