Today, December 28 (Saturday), there was a ceremony organized by the members of the air force brigade (afbr) of ARM and the Union of the employees of the Ministry of Defense, at the military area of the airport “Alexander the Great” in the barracks “Strasho Pindzur” in Petrovec, for giving New Year’s presents to the children of the fallen and deceased members of afbr, as well as to the employees of this unit and commands and units of the ARM and MoD.
At the military area of the airport “Alexander the Great” about 350 children of employees of the MoD and ARM had a unique opportunity to watch the symbolic arrival of Santa Claus with a transport military helicopter, after which at the facilities of afbr they were given New Year’s presents. This event is traditionally held before New Year and Christmas holidays, and due to the attractiveness this year also attracted huge interest among the children.
