The Chief of the General Staff of the Army, Lieutenant General Vasko Gjurchinovski, on the occasion of the Independence Day of the Republic of North Macedonia, had a meeting with the Defence Attaché of the Republic of Croatia accredited to the Republic of North Macedonia, Colonel Marijana Plesha Chadonikj, and presented her with a Certificate of appreciation in recognition of the successful cooperation.
General Gjurchinovski expressed his gratitude for Colonel Plesha’s efforts and contribution to enhancing the already outstanding bilateral cooperation between the Army of the Republic of North Macedonia and the Armed Forces of Croatia, and presented her with a Golden badge of the Army for partnership, coordination and cooperation on the occasion of the Independence Day of the Republic of North Macedonia.
The ambassador of the Republic of Croatia, HE Nives Tiganj also attended the event during which the continuous mutual military cooperation was highlighted as a positive example, especially in the area of military education and training, since officers and non-commissioned officers of the Army have been attending the highest military educational institutions in the Republic of Croatia, and in the area of mutual exercises and training activities.
