Today, September 26th, the ARM Chief of General Staff, Lieutenant General Gorancho Koteski visited the Joint Operations Command (JOC).
During the visit the general was acquainted with the course of “Command Post Exercise” (CPX), which takes place at the joint operations centre set up at the JOC Command for the purpose of this exercise.
The CPX has been carried out on 25 and 26.09.2014, with the JOC members in order to exercise the necessary staff procedures in the military decision making process (MDMP). This exercise has been organized as a preparation for the upcoming JOC combat readiness assessment by the General Staff.
At the end of the visit, the ARM Chief of General Staff informed the JOC personnel participating in the CPX on current events and developments, the ARM modernization, the investment maintenance of the facilities and the equipment in possession of the Army, the civilian-military cooperation and the international activities lying ahead of the ARM in the future.
