On the 14 and 15.07.2015 there was a final exam for night flights conducted by the new pilots of the Transport Helicopter Squadron (THS) within Air Defense Brigade of the Joint Operations Command.
On the 14.07.2015, part of the exam was night flights over the airport “Alexander The Great” and afterwards the exam was passed successfully and they gained the title of second category pilots of Mi-8/17 helicopter.
The final exam rounded up the process of the ground training and night and day air training.
Although this part of the training was finished and the pilots gained the title of second category pilots, their training, exams and improvement will continue in the future.
