Last week the Air Force Brigade (AFBde) was visited by official representatives from different armies and organizations which have been cooperating with AFBde so far. These visits were part of the intensive cooperation between AFBde and other armies.
On 13th October, the Air Force Brigade was visited by the Defence Attaché of the Republic of Croatia to the Republic of Macedonia, Colonel Ivica Mateshikj.
The aim of the visit was to discuss the mending of the engines as well as the purchase and use of the spare helicopter parts.
On 17th October 2014 there was a meeting with the Defence Attaché of the Republic of France to the Republic of Macedonia, Colonel Stéphane Loechleiter, who was accompanied by a representative of the company “LH Aviation”. The company representative gave a presentation about a variety of planes and unmanned aerial vehicles manufactured by this company.
During the visits aviation related topics concerning the bilateral cooperation were discussed.
Beside the official representatives of NATO armies cooperating with ARM, on 21st October 2014 AFBde was visited by United Kingdom photographers from the association “Warton Aviation Society” who during their visit saw a display of AFBde aircrafts in order to make a photo story.
