As a part of the programme for the marking of 2nd April, the Day of the 1st Mechanized Infantry Brigade (1st MIBde), a unit within the Joint Operations Command, at the barracks “Strasho Pindjur” in Petrovec there was a blood donating activity.
With the motto “Blood saves lives, even a small contribution of your blood today, can save your life in the future”, ARM service personnel had demonstrated their humanity voluntarily donating 90 blood units.
The service personnel of the 1st MIBde were joined by the personnel of the Air Force Brigade and the Logistics Company, which are also stationed in the barracks in Petrovec.
This activity was organised in cooperation with the Red Cross of the Republic of Macedonia.
