The Commander of the Operations Command (OC), Major General Pavle Arsoski, toured the staff of the Dzepishte watchtower, where since declaring a state of crisis in the municipalities of Debar and Centar Zupa Army units were deployed as assistance to the members of the Ministry of Interior, in the implementation of measures to prevent the spread of the epidemic of the virus “Covid-19”.
General Arsoski acknowledged the commitment and conscientious performance of the tasks of the members of the OC, who from the beginning of the introduction of the state of emergency most responsibly and professionally carry out the assigned tasks, to support institutions and citizens.
During the last few days, he has visited the members of the units deployed on the southern border, securing facilities designated for quarantine conditions and facilities of special importance in the capital city, the Belanovce watchtower, Kumanovo and other places.
In addition to his gratitude, General Arsoski said that the commitment of the Army servicemen in such difficult times shows our patriotic duty by giving our best and by giving personal examples and commitment we enable health workers and police to prevent the spread of this pandemic viral infection and to put it under control as we would deal with anyone who is a threat to our country and our citizens.
