A military ceremony was held at the “NH Strasho Pindzur” Barracks in Petrovec to mark the Day of the Training Flight Squadron, part of the Air Force Ving.
“The Training Flight Squadron, formed in 1996, continues to develop as a modern unit fully aligned with NATO standards,” said the commander of the Training Flight Squadron, Lieutenant Colonel Boris Nastovski.
The commander of the Air Force Ving, Colonel Igorcho Stojmenovski, also addressed the attendees with an appropriate speech, emphasizing the importance of the Squadron for as a key segment of the Air Force Ving, a place where the future of our aviation is built through training, mentorship, and dedicated work for national needs as well as cooperation with our allies.
At the end of the ceremony, in celebration of the Unit’s Day, congratulatory messages were read and incentive measures were awarded to the squadron members.
In addition to the commander of the Air Force Ving, the ceremony was attended by personnel from the Air Force Ving, representatives from the 1st Infantry Brigade, the Operations Command, the General Staff of the Army, and the Ministry of Defense.
