In accordance with the Program for Cooperation for the year 2014 of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Macedonia with the Association of Military Attachés to the Republic of Macedonia, today on 26.03.2014 the Joint Operations Command (JOC) was visited by the resident and non – resident defense attachés from seventeen countries accredited to the Republic of Macedonia.
The JOC Commander Major General Metodija Velichkovski was the host to the defense attachés, and during their visit they were presented with the structure of JOC.
The presentation was given by the JOC Chief of Staff Brigadier General Stojan Dimchov and except the structure of JOC the attaches were also familiarized with its mission and tasks, personnel and equipment, transformation plan, future challenges and procedures for helping and assisting other security and civilian structures. The Chiefs of JOC sections answered questions from the guests at the end of the presentation.
