Today (09.06.2014), the current as well as the newly appointed Attaché to the U.S. Air Force in the Republic of Macedonia visited the Air Force Brigade in the barracks “N.H. Strasho Pindjur”.
The purpose of the visit was to introduce and present the new Air Force Attaché of the U.S. in the Republic of Macedonia, Lieutenant Colonel Jennifer Ford, to the Commander of the Air Force Brigade Colonel Kire Kolevski, as well as to get familiarized with the Air Force Brigade.
The visit was also used to greet current U.S. Attaché Lieutenant Colonel Boris Gershman, who expressed great satisfaction for the cooperation with the Air Force Brigade.
During the visit, they discussed several topics that would be of interest to the Air Force Brigade and the Army of Republic of Macedonia, and exchanged experiences and views on further cooperation.
As part of the visit to the barracks “N.H.Strasho Pindjur” – Petrovec, the guests made a short visit to the command of the First Mechanized Infantry Brigade, and met its Commander, Brigadier General Pavle Arsoski.
At the end of the meeting, the visitors expressed satisfaction with the meeting, with a desire for further cooperation in the upcoming period.
