At the N.H. “Strasho Pindzur” barracks in Petrovec, on August 7, 2025, a ceremony was held for the assumption of command of the Air Force Technical Maintenance Squadron (ATMS).
During the ceremony, speeches were delivered by the Deputy Commander of the Air Force Ving and the new ATMS commander.
The Deputy Commander of AF VING Colonel Igor Chkorov, congratulated Major Muhamed Buchi on his new position and called for his full dedication to the specific challenges and responsibilities of the unit, with an emphasis on achieving high results in the execution of assigned tasks.
In his speech, Major Muhamed Buchi emphasized that he is taking command of a well-trained and highly motivated team that has successfully handled all types of tasks at the highest level. He expressed gratitude for the opportunity to lead and work with top professionals, stating that they will continue to strive for even greater achievements in the future.
The ceremony was attended by the Deputy Commander of AF VING, representatives from the Operations Command, commanders of subordinate units, heads of sections within AF VING, and other guests from the local government.
