In the past two days, members of the Ranger battalion within the special operations regiment on the training area in the region of „Chojlija“ conducted team drills “Ranger platoon in conducting direct actions” and “Detection and destruction of DTG”.
Purpose of the exercise was part of the unit to be trained up to the “ready” to perform combat actions in accordance with the mission and objectives. Transport and infiltration of the unit to the place of realization of team drills was with cooperation and coordination with the aviation brigade.
Team drills were another opportunity to practice procedures and tactics for the implementation of such complex tasks.
