The cadets of the third and fourth year at the Cadet Training Centre between 26.01-06.02.2015 underwent on-the-job training-internship in the Republic of Macedonia Army units.
This on-the-job training-internship was aimed at training the cadets for specific duties in the units, as the first step in the practical training to perform formational duties which they are going to fulfill after graduating from the Military Academy.
By carrying out this process of practical teaching, cadets were trained to perform the duty of commander of a team-section. By carrying out the practical training during the internship, cadets revised the previously acquired knowledge, perfected the method of performing individual and collective training on a section-platoon level, and upgraded their military skills in handling arms and other equipment at their disposal at the units. During the internship cadets are introduced to the life and work in the units of the Army of the Republic of Macedonia.
Through the process of training and commanding of sections and platoons assigned to them they have gained leadership skills and trained themselves for performing internal service.
The knowledge that the cadets gained from the on-the-job training-internship is necessary for any future modern and well-trained officer of the Army of the Republic of Macedonia.
