In the period from 02.05.2018 until 31.05.2018 the Instructors Course 1-18 was completed in the Individual Training Center in Training and Doctrine Command. The course was attended by non-commissioned officers, servicemen of the Army Units of the Republic of Macedonia.
During the past twenty days, the course participants through practical work had the opportunity to be trained for immediate training of NCOs and professional soldiers. In the process of training, the future instructors gained knowledge, skills and techniques which will help them have a better approach to training.
During the ceremony marking the end of the course, the Deputy Commander of the Individual Training Center and the Sergeant Major of the Training and Doctrine Command wished the students success in their future work as well as in the implementation of the acquired knowledge in their units.
The three best participants were awarded with certificate of appreciation, and the best participant of the course, for a particular effort and achieved results was awarded a coin of achievement given by Sergeant Major of ARM, on the behalf of him it was given to the best participant by Sergeant Major of Training and Doctrine Command.
