In the period from 04th to 06th April, 2023 in the barracks “Mirche Acev”, in Prilep, “Training with key personnel from Artillery” (Artillery Seminar) was carried out for the seventh time, organized by the Artillery Battalion. It was attended by 26 artillery officers from all units and commands of the Army.
The seminar was opened by the Director of the General Staff of the Army, Brigadier General Simeon Trajkovski. In his introductory speech he presented the future development plans for the artillery units in the Army. Major General Zoran Mileski and the Chief of Staff of the Operations Command, Brigadier General Mirche Gjorgoski also spoke at the event. The commander of the 1st IBde, Brigadier General Sashko Lafchiski greeted the attendees, too.
The three-day training contributed to gaining new knowledge and exchanging experience in order for the personnel to deal with the challenges they face while performing their artillery tasks, thus fully accomplishing the goal of carrying out the training.
