On 25 April, 2023, the Defense Minister of Romania, Mr. Angel Tilvar, visited the Air Education and Training Squadron within the Air Brigade Wing. He was welcomed by the Second-in Command of the Air Brigade Wing, Lieutenant Colonel Igor Chkorov and the Commander of the Air Education and Training Squadron, Lieutenant Colonel Slobodan Ivanov.
During the visit, Lieutenant Colonel Slobodan Ivanov gave a presentation to the Minister of Defense of Romania, Mr. Angel Tilvar, about the role of the unit within the Air Brigade Wing, its capabilities, capacities, and equipment, as well as a short walk-round the premises of the Education and Training Squadron.
