On the occasion of commemorating 2nd August, the Day of the Republic and the First Session of ASNOM, the delegation led by the Chief of the General Staff of the Army, Lieutenant General Vasko Gjurchinovski laid fresh flowers on the monument in front of the Memorial Centre of ASNOM in Pelince.
The delegation, which included the Commander of the Operations Command, Brigadier General Besnik Emini, participated in the commemoration by laying fresh flowers in front of the monuments ASNOM, Nikola Karev, Metodija Andonov – Chento and the Freedom Monument “Strength, Glory and Victory” in Skopje.
At the celebration in Krushevo, a delegation including the Chief of Staff of the Operations Command, Brigadier General Mirche Gjorgoski paid tribute by laying fresh flowers in front of the monument “Makedonium”, the monument of the heroes in Sliva and the monument of the defenders of the Krushevo Republic on Mechkin Kamen.
An Army Delegation paid tribute to the memorials on the Mound of Dame Gruev, the monument of Ilinden Fighters from Smilevo, and the monument of Dame Gruev in the village of Smilevo.
