Members of the Army, at the invitation of the Macedonian Sport Shooting Federation, once again took part in the International Open Shooting Tournament Grand Prix “Skopje 2025,” which was held at the “Kamnik” Sports Shooting Range.
At the opening of the 19th competition, Brigadier General Dejan Chiplakovski addressed the participants, wishing them success and high results during the tournament.
This is one of the largest and most attractive tournaments in sport shooting, where Army members have the opportunity to demonstrate their preparedness. This year, the Army teams competed in the disciplines of 25-meter pistol shooting and 100-meter rifle shooting.
In the women’s competition, in the 25-meter pistol category out of 15 competitors, Junior Sergeant Sara Dimoska from Military Post 2733 Veles won 3rd place individually. In the women’s team competition, representatives from Military Post 2803 Skopje won 2nd place. In the 100-meter rifle shooting category, Junior Sergeant Sara Dimoska won 1st place individually, with Diana Todorovska taking 2nd place, and Adelaida Beganovikj finishing in 3rd place — all three from Military Post 2733 Veles. In the women’s team competition for the same category, representatives from Military Post 2733 Veles secured 1st place.
After the competition ended, representatives from the Macedonian Sport Shooting Federation awarded trophies and medals to the best-ranked teams and individuals.
